With over 40 years in the IT industry, Tracy was selected as a winner of the Women in Leadership – Top 100 – 225 awards, alongside being honoured by Channel Futures as one of the top 50 2025 Channel Influencers.
As well as founding Maximity in 2000, Tracy serves on the Board of Directors at GTIA – the Global Technology Industry Association, is a Co-Founder and Director of the award winning insurance brokerage Prizm Solutions Ltd, and a Board Advisor for the cyber security provider enhanced.io
She has worked in many industries successfully deploying large scale IT infrastructures ranging from £10k to in excess of £1.4m. A published author, Tracy has also appeared on TV, most notably being featured with eminent UK inventor Sir Clive Sinclair.
In April 2000 Tracy launched Maximity with the philosophy that IT should help facilitate business not hinder, and to translate business needs into technology solutions for businesses of all sizes.
Tracy is a Member of the Chartered Management Institute, a Fellow of the Institute of Consulting, a Member of the Institute of Directors and a member of GTIA’s Education Faculty delivering business focused technology training to tech vendors, distributors and service providers.
